Subject: Notification of the issuance of judgments by the Provincial Administrative Court

With reference to current reports no.: 10/2022, 18/2022, 21/2022, 2/2023 and 4/2023, the Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (“Company”) hereby informs that on February 2, 2024, the Company became aware of the following invalid judgments were issued by the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw:
- judgment of the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw of January 31, 2024 in case no. VI SA/Wa 3324/23 repealing the decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority of January 30, 2023 (reference number: DPS-DPSZPO.456.31.2022.JP) contested by the Company regarding the refusal to restore the deadline for submitting an application for reconsideration of a case ended with an administrative decision issued by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on August 26, 2022, ref. no. DPS-DPSZPO.456.9.2022.MGB; and;
- judgment of the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw of January 31, 2024 in case no. VI SA/Wa 3325/23 repealing the decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority of January 30, 2023 (reference number: DPS-DPSZPO.456.31.2022.JP) contested by the Company regarding the failure to comply with the deadline for filing an appeal (submitting an application for consideration of the case concluded with an administrative decision issued by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on August 26, 2022, ref. no. DPS-DPSZPO.456.9.2022.MGB).
