Subject: Receipt of the resignation of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company
Legal basis: art. 56 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby informs that today, i.e. January 25th, 2024, the Company received from the member of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Paweł Filipek, declaration of resignation from the position of member of the Company’s Supervisory Board and member of the Audit Committee.
According to the resignation, it was submitted for personal reasons.
Detailed legal basis: § 5 point 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29th, 2018, on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state.
