Subject: Resignation of the President of the Company’s Management Board
Legal basis: art. 56 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby informs that today, i.e. January 24th, 2024, the President of the Management Board, Mr. Robert Szmitkowski, submitted a declaration of resignation from the position of President of the Management Board, effective on the day preceding the next General Meeting of the Company.
According to the resignation, it was submitted for personal reasons.
