Subject: Change of the date of publication of the annual report
Legal basis: Article 56 (1) (2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (“the Company”) informs about the change of the date of publication of the annual report for 2022, the publication of which, according to the information contained in the current report No. 1/2023 dated 11 January 2023, was to take place on 20 April 2023.
The annual report for 2022 will be made public on 27 April 2023.
Other dates of publication of periodic reports remain unchanged.
Detailed legal basis: § 80 (2) point 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws 2018, item 757).
