Subject: Receipt of the resignation of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company

The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby informs that on January 22, 2024, from a member of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Maksymilian Graś, a declaration of resignation from membership in the Supervisory Board of the Company.
According to the resignation, it was submitted for personal reasons.
