The Management Board of ManyDev Studio S.E. based in Warsaw (“Company”), hereby informs that on November 28, 2023, the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution appointing Mr. Robert Szmitkowski to the Company’s Management Board, entrusting him with the function of President of the Management Board.
Mr. Robert Szmitkowski is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act of August 20, 1997 on the National Court Register and, according to the declaration, he does not conduct any activity competitive to ManyDev Studio SE, he is not a partner in a company competitive to the Company, nor a member of a governing body of a competitive capital company. , or any other legal entity competitive to the Issuer.
