Subject: Resignation of the President of the Company’s Management Board

The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby informs that today, i.e. November 10, 2023, the President of the Management Board, Mr. Bartłomiej Bartula, submitted a declaration of resignation from his function and membership in the Management Board, effective as of November 17, 2023
According to the resignation, it was submitted due to Mr. Bartłomiej Bartula taking up the position of a management board member in another company of the Playway S.A. group, which, in his opinion, will make it impossible to dedicate himself and fully focus on the implementation of tasks at ManyDev Studio SE.
