The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (the “Company”), informs that due to the information that the balance sheet prepared by the Management Board showed a loss exceeding the sum of the supplementary and reserve capital and one third of the share capital, it adopted Resolution No. 1/10/2022 of October 12th, 2022 on requesting the General Meeting to adopt a resolution on the existence of the company.
