Subject: Correction of current report no. 2/2023 – Notification of a decision issued by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority

Management Board of ManyDev Studio S.E. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”), hereby makes public the correction of current report No. 2/2023 published by the Company on February 7, 2023. The correction results from the fact that due to a typographical error consisting in omitting the following provision: “provision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (“PFSA”) of January 30, 2023, regarding the finding of a failure to meet the deadline for submitting an application for reconsideration of the case concluded with an administrative decision issued by the KNF on August 26, 2022, reference number DPS-DPSZPO.456.9. 2022.MGB, imposing fines on the Company in the amount of PLN 1,200,000 and PLN 1,300,000. The decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority is final and may be appealed against in the form of a complaint to the Provincial Administrative Court.” the correct content of the above was not published. therefore, the correct content of the report reads as follows:
“With reference to current reports No. 18/2022, 10/2022 and 21/2022, the Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (“Company”) hereby informs that yesterday, i.e. on February 6, 2023, the following was delivered:
- decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (“PFSA”) of January 30, 2023 regarding the refusal to restore the deadline for submitting an application for reconsideration of the case ended with an administrative decision issued by the KNF on August 26, 2022, ref. no. DPS-DPSZPO.456.9.2022.MGB, imposing fines on the Company in the amount of PLN 1,200,000 and PLN 1,300,000. The decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority is final and may be appealed against in the form of a complaint to the Provincial Administrative Court,
