Subject: Schedule for the publication of periodic reports in 2022.
Legal basis: Article 56 (1) (2) of the Act on Offering – current and periodical information
Content of the report:
The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: “the Company”, “the Issuer”) hereby announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in the year 2022.
The Issuer will publish annual report for 2021 on 29.04.2022 (Friday).
Quarterly reports will be published by the Company in 2022 on the following dates:
A separate report for Q1 2022 on 27.05.2022 (Friday).
A separate report for Q3 of 2022 on 29.11.2022 (Tuesday).
The semi-annual report for the first half of 2022 will be published by the Company on 29.09.2022. (Thursday).
The Issuer announces that, pursuant to § 79.2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information, it will not publish a quarterly report for Q4 2021 and Q2 2022.
At the same time, the Company’s Management Board informs that any changes to the dates of publication of periodic reports will be communicated in the form of a current report.
