Subject: Suspension of the proceedings for approval of the Company’s prospectus
Legal basis: Article 56 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
With reference to the current report No. 19/2020, 15/2022 and 13/2023, the Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter: “Issuer” or “Company”) informs that on June 23, 2023 it received a decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority in on the suspension, at the request of the Issuer, of the proceedings regarding the approval of the Issuer’s prospectus drawn up in the form of a single document in connection with the intention to apply for admission to trading on the regulated market of series F, G, H and I shares, initiated on the basis of the Issuer’s request of June 29, 2022 .
The Issuer informed about the submission of the application to suspend the proceedings in the ESPI report No. 13/2023 of June 19th 2023.
