Subject: Receipt of the resignation of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company

The Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter referred to as: “Company”) informs that today, i.e. May 25th, 2023, the Company has received from a Supervisory Board member, Mr. Robert Pakla, a declaration of resignation from the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company effective at the end of May 29, 2023.
According to the statement, the reason for the resignation is a potential conflict of interest in the context of further professional activity, which makes it impossible to perform the responsible function of a member of the Supervisory Board.
