Subject: Correction of attachment to current report no. 28/2022 -Notification pursuant to Article 69 of the Act on Public Offering of a change in the share of the total number of votes
The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter the “Company”) informs that due to a technical error, the attachment – a notification prepared pursuant to Article 69 of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and Public Companies – was not attached to current report No. 28/2022. The Company provides the attachment as an attachment.
The content of current report No. 28/2022 remains unchanged.
Detailed legal basis: Article 70 (1) of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and Public Companies, in connection with § 15 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
