Subject: Appointment of the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company

ManyDev Studio S.E. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”), hereby informs that at the meeting of the Company’s Supervisory Board on April 9, 2024, the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to elect Mr. Wielkosław Staniszewski as the Chairman of the Company’s Supervisory Board. and on the appointment of Mr. Robert Szmitkowski as Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
Due to the above, the current composition of the Company’s Supervisory Board is as follows:
- Mr. Wielkosław Staniszewski as Chairman of the Supervisory Board
- Mr. Robert Szmitkowski as Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board
- Mrs. Grażyna Brewczyńska as a Member of the Supervisory Board
- Mr. Sebastian Bryła as a Member of the Supervisory Board
- Mr. Mariusz Niemyjski as a Member of the Supervisory Board
