Subject: Resignation of the candidate for Member of the Supervisory Board of ManyDev Studio SE
The Management Board of ManyDev Studio S.E. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”), with reference to current report No. 14/2024 of March 25, 2024 and its correction No. 14/2024/K of March 25, 2024, hereby informs that as of today, i.e. On March 26, 2024, the Company received notice of the resignation of Mr. Piotr Adamik from running for office and his appointment as a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board (about which candidacy the Company initially informed about in the above-mentioned report No. 14/2024 of March 25, 2024 and its correction no. 14/2024 /K of March 25, 2024). The resignation declaration did not provide the reason(s) for the resignation.
