Subject: Cancellation of the General Meeting convened for January 24, 2024.
Legal basis: Art. 56 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act on Offering – current and periodic information
The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”, “Issuer”), with reference to current report No. 26/2023 of December 15, 2023, hereby informs about the cancellation, for organizational reasons, of the General Meeting convened for January 2024 at 10:15 at the Notary’s Office Bartosz Walenda based in Warsaw (01-029) at Dzielna 72/43 street.
Justifying the need to cancel the General Meeting, the Company indicates that, according to information received from the National Depository for Securities S.A. a list of persons entitled to participate in the General Meeting, which shows that participation in the General Meeting was registered only by a shareholder representing 0.88% of the total number of votes in the Company, the shareholders would be represented at the General Meeting in an insufficient number due to the importance of the matters on the agenda proceedings of the General Meeting. In the opinion of the Management Board, the above constitutes an extraordinary obstacle to holding the General Meeting.
At the same time, the Company’s Management Board informs that the new date of the General Meeting will be set immediately and the announcement of convening the General Meeting will be made public in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
