Subject: Registration of the amendment to the Statutes of ManyDev Studio SE
Legal basis: Article 56 (1) (2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
The Board of ManyDev Studio SE (“Company”, „Issuer”) informs that today, i.e. January 13, 2022. the Issuer has recieved the information that on 11 January 2022 the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register registered an amendment to the Company’s Statutes, adopted by Resolution No. 19 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company dated 30 June 2021 on amending the Company’s statutes and Resolution No. 21 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company dated 30 June 2021 on amending the Company’s statutes adjusting the Company’s statutes to the amendment of Resolution No. 6 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company dated 30 November 2020.
At the same time, the Company announces the content of the amended provisions of the statutes:
§ 5 of the Company’s statutes received a new wording as follows:
“The objects of the Company comprise:
1) Production of gas fuels (PKD 35.21.Z),
2) Generation of electricity (PKD 35.11.Z),
3) Transmission of electricity (PKD 35.12.Z),
4) Distribution of electricity (PKD 35.13.Z),
5) Trade of electric power (PKD 35.14.Z),

7) Financial leasing (PKD 64.91.Z),
8) Buying and selling of real estate on own account (PKD 68.10.Z),

§ Par. 7.3 of the Company’s statutes shall have a new wording as follows:
“Series H shares shall be subscribed for by those entitled under registered subscription warrants pursuant to Resolution No. 6 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company of November 30, 2020, as amended by Resolution No. 20 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company of June 30, 2021.”
