The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (the “Company”) hereby announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting convened on 17 February 2022, the shareholders holding more than 5% of the votes were:
- PlayWay Spółka Akcyjna, which exercised voting rights from 6,899,999 shares, giving 6,899,999 votes, which corresponds to 46.80 % of the number of votes present at the Extraordinary General Meeting and 32.86% of the total number of votes,
- Marek Parzyński, who exercised voting rights from 2,786,207 shares, giving 2,786,207 votes, which corresponds to 18.90 % of the number of votes present at the Extraordinary General Meeting and 13.27 % of the total number of votes,
- Piotr Karbowski, who exercised voting rights from 2,688,127 shares, giving 2,688,127 votes, which corresponds to 18.23 % of the number of votes present at the Extraordinary General Meeting and 12.80 % of the total number of votes,
- Bartosz Antoni Graś, who exercised voting rights from 2,366,667 shares, giving 2,366,667 votes, which corresponds to 16.05% of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting and 11.26% of the total number of votes.
