The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby announces that yesterday, i.e. 23 February 2022, it has received from Robert Pakla, a person performing managerial responsibilities in the Company, i.e. Member of the Supervisory Board of ManyDev Studio SE, a notification of a transaction on the Company’s shares as referred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation.
The Company attaches the contents of the notification.
