Subject: Change of the date of publication of the annual report
Legal basis: Article 56 (1) (2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (“the Company”) informs about the change of the date of publication of the annual report for 2021, the publication of which, according to the information contained in the current report No. 2/2022 dated 20 January 2022, was to take place on 29 April 2021.
The annual report for 2021 will be made public on 28 April 2022.
Other dates of publication of periodic reports remain unchanged.
