Subject: Correction of ESPI current report no. 12/2022
Legal basis: Article 56 section 1 item 2 of the Offering Act – current and periodic information
Content of the report:
The Board of Directors of ManyDev Studio SE (the “Company”) informs that the current report No. 12/2022, made public on June 3, 2022, which contains information on convening the Ordinary General Meeting along with the content of draft resolutions which are to be the subject of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for June 30, 2022, did not include the contents of the documents to be discussed at the General Meeting that are relevant to the resolutions to be adopted.
Therefore, the Management Board of the Company hereby supplements the corrected report with the content of documents to be discussed at the General Meeting, significant for the resolutions to be adopted, i.e:
- report of the Supervisory Board on its activities in 2021,
- report on remuneration of the members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of the Company, covering the financial year 2021,
- remuneration policy.
Other information and documents covered by the current report No. 12/2022 did not change.
