Subject: Receipt of the resignation of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company

The Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter referred to as: “Company”) informs that today, i.e. September 30th, 2022, the Company has received from a Supervisory Board member, Mr. Bartłomiej Kurylak, a declaration of resignation from the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
According to the resignation, it was submitted in connection with assuming by Mr. Bartłomiej Kurylak other professional duties that prevent him from performing the responsible function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
