Subject: Correction of the periodic report for the third quarter of 2024.
Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
The Management Board of Manydev Studio SE (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “Issuer”) publicly announces the correction of the periodic report for the third quarter of 2024, published by the Company on November 28, 2024.
The correction is due to a technical error resulting in the mistaken inclusion of an incorrect attachment.
The Company’s Management Board will immediately publish, in a separate announcement, a periodic report for the third quarter of 2024 containing the correct attachment.
Detailed legal basis: § 15 section 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
