Subject: Receipt of the resignation of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company

The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby informs that yesterday, i.e. January 18, 2024, the Company received from a member of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Tomasz Stajszczak, a declaration of resignation from the position of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company and Chairman of the Audit Committee.
According to the resignation, it was submitted for personal reasons.
