Subject: Submission of complaints to the Provincial Administrative Court

With reference to current reports No. 10/2022, 18/2022, 21/2022 and 2/2023, the Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (“Company”) hereby informs that today, March 8, 2023, the Company submitted to the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw, complaints against:
- decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority of January 30, 2023, reference number: DPS-DPSZPO.456.31.2022.JP on refusal to restore the deadline for submitting an application for reconsideration of the case ended with an administrative decision issued by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on August 26, 2022 on ref. DPS-DPSZPO.456.9.2022.MGB, and;
- decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority of January 30, 2023, reference number: DPS-DPSZPO.456.31.2022.JP, on finding that the deadline for submitting an application for reconsideration of the case ended with an administrative decision issued by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on August 26, 2022 on ref. DPS-DPSZPO.456.9.2022.MGB.
