Subject: Information on the suspension of trading in the Company’s shares

The Management Board of Manydev Studio SE with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “Issuer”) informs that on May 6, 2024, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. decided to with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as “GPW”), resolution No. 567/2024 of May 6, 2024 on the suspension of trading on the WSE Main Market in the Company’s shares (hereinafter referred to as “Resolution”) marked with the code “PLADDRG00015”.
In accordance with the Resolution, pursuant to Art. 20 section 2 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments, in connection with the request submitted by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, the Management Board of the WSE decided to suspend trading in the Company’s shares, and this Resolution comes into force on the day of its adoption.
