Subject: Change of the publication date of the periodic report
Legal basis: Article 56 (1) (2) of the Act on Offering – current and periodical information
Content of the report: The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: “Company”, “Issuer”), in reference to current report No. 2/2022 of January 20, 2022 on the schedule of submitting periodic reports in 2022, hereby informs information on the change of the date of publishing the standalone report for the third quarter of 2022.
The original date of publication of the report was set for November 29, 2022 (Tuesday).
The new deadline for submitting the report referred to above is: November 22, 2022 (Tuesday).
Detailed legal basis: § 80 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
