Subject: Appointment of a Member of the Supervisory Board of ManyDev Studio european company

The Management Board of ManyDev Studio S.E. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”), hereby informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on November 10, 2022 appointed Mr. Lech Klimkowski to the Supervisory Board of the Company as a member of the Supervisory Board.
The newly appointed member of the Supervisory Board is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act of August 20, 1997 on the National Court Register and does not conduct any activity competitive to the activity performed in the Company’s enterprise. Moreover, he does not participate in a company competitive to the Company’s activities as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company or in another competitive legal person as a member of its body.
Curriculum vitae, containing a description of the abovementioned of a member of the Supervisory Board, education, qualifications and previously held positions, together with a description of the professional career, constitutes an appendix to this report.
