Subject: Change of publication date of the annual report for 2023.
Legal basis: Art. 56 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
ManyDev Studio S.E. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”), with reference to current report No. 1/2024 of January 11, 2024 and current report 24/2024 of April 10, 2024, hereby informs about the change of the date of publication of the annual report for 2023, which was to be published on April 29, 2024.
The annual report for 2023 will be made public on April 26, 2024.
Detailed legal basis: § 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
