Subject: Receiving the resignation of a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board

The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby informs that on November 26th, 2025, the Company received from a member of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Sebastian Bryła, a declaration of resignation from the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company and a member Audit Committee, with effect as of November 30th, 2025.
In his resignation, Mr. Sebastian Bryła did not give reasons for his resignation.
