Subject: Delegation of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board to perform the duties of the President of the Management Board

ManyDev Studio S.E. based in Warsaw (“Company”), hereby informs that on April 9, 2024, the Company’s Supervisory Board decided to delegate, pursuant to Art. 383 par. 1 of the Commercial Companies Code, to serve as the President of the Management Board for the period from April 10, 2024 to April 25, 2024. Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, Mr. Wielkosław Staniszewski.
Mr. Wielkosław Staniszewski has higher education and is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Geodesy and Cartography. He gained professional experience in state-owned enterprises and in the private sector in commercial law companies, performing management functions there. He has many years of experience in managerial and managerial positions, which he held in Clean&Carbon Energy S.A., Mostostal-Export S.A., Nowe Technologie Informatyczne sp. z o.o.
Currently, Mr. Wielkosław Staniszewski serves as the President of the Management Board of Nowe Technologie Informatyczne sp. z o.o. Mr. Wielkosław Staniszewski does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company, and does not participate in any other competitive legal person as a member of its body. Mr. Wielkosław Staniszewski is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
