Subject: Notification of the decision issued by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority

With reference to current reports No. 18/2022, 10/2022 and 21/2022, the Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (“Company”) hereby informs that yesterday, i.e. on February 6, 2023, the decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority ( “KNF”) of January 30, 2023, regarding the refusal to restore the deadline for submitting an application for reconsideration of the case ended with an administrative decision issued by the KNF on August 26, 2022, reference number DPS-DPSZPO.456.9.2022.MGB, imposing fines on the Company in the amount of PLN 1,200,000 and PLN 1,300,000.
The decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority is final and may be appealed against in the form of a complaint to the Provincial Administrative Court
