Subject: List of shareholders holding more than 5% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting
The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (the „Company”) hereby makes public, in the appendix to this report, the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on June 28th 2023.
