Subject: Resignation of the President of the Company’s Management Board
Legal basis: art. 56 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby announces that today, i.e. on January 23, 2026, the President of the Management Board, Mr. Robert Szmitkowski, submitted a statement on his resignation from his position and membership in the Management Board, with effect from February 20, 2026, as the day following the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for February 19, 2026.
According to the content of the resignation, it was submitted for the personal reasons.
Detailed legal basis: § 5 point 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
