ManyDev Studio SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”), hereby makes public in an attachment to this report a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, which was held on November 20, 2025 and then, due to the ordered adjournment, was continued on December 19, 2025.
Legal basis for the submission of the report: Article 70(3) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offerings and conditions for the introduction of financial instruments to the organised trading system and on public companies (Journal of Laws 2013, item 1382).
