Subject: Circumstances causing the lack of publication of the half-yearly report for the first half of 2025

The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (the “Company”), in accordance with the recommendations received from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, hereby announces that the reason for the failure to publish the semi-annual report for the first half of 2025, which the Company should have published on September 29, 2025, was the incomplete composition of the Company’s Supervisory Board, which consequently prevented the selection of an authorized entity (statutory auditor) to audit the Company’s interim financial statements. Therefore, it is currently not possible for the Management Board to provide a specific date for the submission of the aforementioned semi-annual report. The Issuer’s Management Board will take steps to complete the composition of the Company’s Supervisory Board. To this end, it will convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company in the coming days, the agenda of which will include an appropriate item in this regard.
