Subject: Notification of the setting of a hearing date for the hearing of the case of the cassation appeal of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority against the judgment of the Provincial Administrative Court

With reference to current reports No. 10/2022, 18/2022, 21/2022, 2/2023, 4/2023, 8/2024 and 26/2024, the Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (the “Company”) hereby informs that on July 28, 2025, it was informed that the Supreme Administrative Court, Chamber of Commerce, set October 15, 2025 as the date of the hearing in the case of the cassation appeal of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority against the judgment of the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw of January 31, 2024, file reference no. VI SA/Wa 3325/23 annulling the appealed decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority of 30 January 2023 (ref. no. DPS-DPSZPO.456.31.2022.JP) appealed against by the Company regarding the finding of failure to meet the deadline for filing an appeal (submitting an application for reconsideration of the case concluded with an administrative decision issued by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on 26 August 2022, ref. no. DPS-DPSZPO.456.9.2022.MGB).
