ManyDev Studio SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”), hereby informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on January 2, 2025 appointed Ms. Katarzyna Jamróz to the Supervisory Board of the Company.
The newly appointed member of the Supervisory Board is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act of August 20, 1997 on the National Court Register and, according to the declaration, does not conduct any activity competitive to ManyDev Studio SE, in a civil law partnership or a partnership, or as a member of a corporate body of a company or in another competitive legal person as a member of its body.
A professional CV, containing a description of the education, qualifications and previously held positions of the aforementioned member of the Supervisory Board, together with a description of his professional career, constitutes an annex to this report.
