Subject: Receiving the resignation of a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board

The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby informs that today, i.e. December 5, 2024, the Company received from a member of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Robert Szmitkowski, a declaration of resignation from the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company and a member Audit Committee, with effect as of December 31, 2024.
According to the resignation, it was submitted for personal reasons.
