The Management Board of Manydev Studio SE (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or the “Issuer”), with reference to current report No. 36/2024 of May 27, 2024, hereby informs about the supplementation of the documentation that will be presented to the Ordinary General Meeting (“AGM”) convened on June 27, 2024. The supplementary documentation at the AGM includes the Supervisory Board’s report on the remuneration of Members of the Management Board and Supervisory Board members in 2023. The above document is an attachment to this report.
