ManyDev Studio S.E. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”), with reference to current report No. 1/2024 of January 11, 2024, hereby informs about the change of the date of publication of the standalone report for the first quarter of 2024, which was to be published on May 16, 2024 r.
The standalone report for the first quarter of 2024 will be made public on May 31, 2024.
Detailed legal basis: § 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
