Subject: Correction of the annual report for 2023.
Legal basis: art. 56 sec.1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information The
Management Board of Manydev Studio SE (“Company” or “Issuer”), publicly announces the correction of the annual report for the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, published by the Company on May 6, 2024 r. The correction is due to a technical error that prevented the opening of report files. The Company’s Management Board will immediately make public, in a separate announcement, the annual report for the period January 1, 2023-December 31, 2023, containing files enabling their reading.
