Subject: Change of publication date of the annual report for 2023.
Legal basis: Art. 56 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
ManyDev Studio S.E. Management Board with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”), hereby informs about the change of the date of publication of the annual report for 2023, the publication of which, in accordance with the information contained in current report No. 1/2024 of January 11, 2024, current report No. 24/2024 dated April 10, 2024, current report No. 25/2024 dated April 19, 2024, and current report No. 27/2024 dated April 24, 2024 was to take place on April 29, 2024
The annual report for 2023 will be made public on April 30, 2024.
Detailed legal basis: § 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
