With reference to current reports no.: 10/2022, 18/2022, 21/2022, 2/2023, 4/2023 and 8/2024, the Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (“Company”) hereby informs that on April 22, 2024 . The Company was served with a copy of the cassation complaint filed by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority against the judgment of the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw of January 31, 2024 in case no. VI SA/Wa 3325/23 repealing the decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority of January 30, 2023 (reference number: DPS-DPSZPO.456.31.2022.JP) challenged by the Company regarding failure to meet the deadline for filing an appeal (submitting an application for reconsideration of the case concluded with an administrative decision issued by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on August 26, 2022, reference number DPS-DPSZPO.456.9.2022.MGB).
