Content of the report:
The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”), with reference to current report No. 12/2022 of 3 June 2022 and current report No. 12/2022/K of 17 June 2022, informs that on 22 June 2022 Company received from the auditor “Report of the independent auditor on the performance of services in the scope of evaluation of the remuneration report of ManyDev Studio SE for the financial year which ended on 31 December 2021”.
The auditor’s report referred to above is attached hereto.
Detailed legal basis: § 19 (1) (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state dated March 29, 2018.
