Subject: Appointment of the President of the Management Board of ManyDEv studio SE
Legal basis: Art. 56 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) hereby announces that the Supervisory Board of the Company, on April 29, 2025, adopted a resolution with effect from April 30, 2025 appointing Mr. Robert Szmitkowski to the Management Board of the Company, entrusting him with the function of President of the Management Board.
Mr. Robert Szmitkowski postpones that:
- he is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act of August 20, 1997 on the National Court Register;
- he conducts competitive activities in relation to companies consisting in performing the function of the President of the Management Board in the company Cyberdevs SA;
- he is not an entity in relation to companies, civil law partnership, partnership, capital company.
The professional CV, the description held by the President of the Management Board, provided for information together with the description of the work process, constitutes a summary of the report.
Detailed legal basis: § 5 point 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state (Journal of Laws, item 757).
