ManyDev Studio SE based in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs that on January 29, 2025, the Company’s Supervisory Board decided to delegate, pursuant to Art. 383 par. 1 of the Commercial Companies Code, to serve as the President of the Management Board for the period from January 29, 2025 to April 29, 2025. Katarzyna Jamróz, Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
Mrs. Katarzyna Jamróz has higher education, she is a graduate of Państwowej Akademia Nauk Stosowanych Faculty of Ochrony Zdrowia. She gained professional experience in state-owned enterprises and in the private sector in commercial law companies. Ms. Katarzyna Jamróz also held management positions at Manydevs Studio SE and supervisory positions at Cyberdevs sp. Akcyjna.
Currently, Mrs. Katarzyna Jamróz serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of Cyberdevs sp. Akcyjna. Mrs. Katarzyna Jamróz does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company, and does not participate in any other competitive legal person as a member of its body. Mrs. Katarzyna Jamróz is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
