Subject: The Supreme Administrative Court in Warsaw reverses the judgment of the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw and refers the case for reconsideration

With reference to current reports No. 10/2022, 18/2022, 21/2022, 2/2023, 4/2023, 8/2024, 26/2024 and 17/2025, the Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (the “Company”) hereby announces that on October 15, 2025, the Supreme Administrative Court (NSA) issued a judgment in which it repealed the judgment of the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw of January 31, 2024, annulling the appealed decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority of 30 January 2023 (ref. no. DPS-DPSZPO.456.31.2022.JP) appealed against by the Company regarding the finding of failure to meet the deadline for filing an appeal (submitting an application for reconsideration of a case concluded with an administrative decision issued by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on 26 August 2022, ref. no. DPS-DPSZPO.456.9.2022.MGB) and referred the case for reconsideration to the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw.
