The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”), with deep regret, informs that it received today, i.e. on July 8, 2025, information about the death of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, Mr. Wielkosław Staniszewski. In connection with the above, on July 8, 2025, the mandate of Mr. Wielkosław Staniszewski on the Supervisory Board of the Company expired.
